Hello! I’m Riley

RPC-C, She/Her

As a dedicated Registered Professional Counsellor - Candidate, I provide compassionate, analytical, assertive support and guidance to adults with anxiety, ADHD and are stuck in patterns that hurt them. My focus is on creating a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore emotions, and overcome challenges, while teaching about how the mind works, why we do what we do and how to choose differently.

I am committed to helping you gain confidence, trust yourself, regulate emotions, and create the life that you want. I believe in the inherent worth and potential of everyone, and I strive to foster a therapeutic relationship built on trust, empathy, and collaboration. With a genuine passion for helping others, I use evidence-based modalities that combines validation, compassion, directness, logic, and psychology.
